I got AC fixed thru American Home Shield warranty. They came and fixed it in an hour. Only downside is i had to wait 3 days to get it fixed i understand they were busy and didn't had appointment until 3 days but other than that everything was great.
Rick was absolutely professional and seemed to genuinely care about my situation. The repairs to my a/c are working fantastically. So nice to have a company you can trust to come into your home.
Alex was very courteous, and professional, and after some struggle with my home warranty, was able to get a new control board for my split unit, and happy to report it is now working as expected. 👏

Great job. Lance was awesome. Showed up on time and was very quick to trouble shoot and fix the issue. he even called after the job just to be sure the ac was working properly. There was a small issue and he drove back right away to fix it. I couldn't have asked for a better ac person in Oakhurst ca...though I think he came from Fresno. I'd use IQS again.

Great service good people working for company... Service tech Tim had come out to check out our ac unit that's been down for the past 2 days... took a look at the unit and knew what he needed to replace right away... Tim even showed me how to regularly maintenance my unit for us to save money on our monthly bill! We needed that service asap and they indoor quality service was willing to show up 1 day sooner then the others... thx for cooling our home again!
