Angel was our technician he was very knowledgeable and professional. It took sometime but he found the shorted wire and module unit that triggered the burners was bad. He also had to replace the thermostat. Its not just the service and being on time it's that he had all the parts in his truck. Up here in the mountain community that just doesn't happen. A repair can take 2 to 3 weeks if they have to order parts and then return. Thank you Indoor Quality Services and Angel

Alex Rodriquez was polite and knowledgeable. Very friendly. Took his time but also finished cleaning and inspecting both units in a reasonable length of time.
I was so impressed with this company. I was originally assigned another company with American Home Shield who did not respond for several days and this Fresno heat. I got frustrated and called them to give me a different company. Indoor Quality Services was assigned to me and they came the very next morning. Angel came to my house and inspected the air conditioner. He was very thorough in his examination and quickly fix the capacitor. He would’ve also changed my filters but unfortunately I didn’t have any spares at the time. He is very competent and had the air conditioner working in no time. I am very thankful that they fixed the problem right away. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this company!

A/C system repair
My home warranty service assigned our service call to IQS on a Sunday and we were contacted by 8:15 am Monday, with an offer to have a technician visit the same day. Angel arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem and said parts would need to be ordered. I was contacted the next day (Tuesday) and asked if they could return to install the parts today (Wednesday). A different technician, Rick, arrived this afternoon, replaced the faulty parts and placed the system back in service. Both Angel and Rick were courteous, efficient and respectful of our home. The experience from first contact with the dispatch team, to the final service call was top-notch! I highly recommend IQS!!
