Alex came several days earlier than my originally scheduled service date, which was greatly appreciated since my AC wasn’t working and the weather is over 100 degrees right now. He asked what my AC concerns were and then got straight to work. About 30 minutes later he said my AC was all fixed!!! My condenser motor was bad and he was able to diagnose & fix the issue in one appointment! He showed me pictures of the bad part he removed and pictures of the unit placed back together. He was courteous, fast & efficient. And I REALLY appreciate that he didn’t try to sell me up on all kinds of other service work or repairs that aren’t really needed, like other local HVAC companies’ technicians have. My home warranty sent my service request to Indoor Quality Services. They came out the day after my request. Angel found the issue, and a replacement part was installed after my home warranty approved the repair. The process took a week, which included the weekend. I'm very satisfied with the whole experience and highly recommend this company.
